Overview
The course will cover the initial training and assessment requirements of personnel working in the oil and gas industry within the role of an Offshore Emergency Response Team Leader. The course is designed to provide delegates with the underpinning knowledge, understanding, and practical skills required to undertake the role of an Emergency Response Team Leader. This comprehensive program is specifically designed to equip participants with the required competency to effectively respond to emergency-related situations and safeguard personnel and asset welfare on offshore platforms or drilling rigs.

13. Conduct casualty management and missing person searches efficiently during emergencies.

14. Recognize and address signs of stress in ERT members during incident response.
Requirements
- Valid Initial Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (OERTM) Training Certificate: This demonstrates that the individual has completed the foundational training for offshore emergency response.

- Valid Further Offshore Emergency Response Team Member (FOERTM) Training Certificate: This shows that the individual has completed refresher training, maintaining competency as an emergency response team member.
