Confined Space Entry Level 2

Description

The intermediate level of the course builds on the basics covered in the beginner level. It delves deeper into the regulatory requirements that govern confined space entry, including the roles and responsibilities of the entry supervisor, attendant, and entrant. It also covers the proper use of gas detection equipment and the steps necessary to create, review, and implement a confined space entry plan.

Requirements
  • Persons working in confined space environments where there is a medium risk that a specified hazard may be present. It will require the use of escape breathing apparatus.
