Competence Assessor
Description
The Competence Assessor course has been designed to enable delegates to assess competencies at all levels, rather than complete standard assessments measuring knowledge, giving organization's a clear and accurate picture of the competencies within their organization. This is especially relevant in regulated environments.
Upon successful completion of the training and with evidence that the skills and knowledge have been successfully applied in the workplace , the delegate would be eligible to conduct workplace assessments, provided that they themselves are technically competent in the discipline being assessed.

Requirements
- There are no formal pre-requisites for attendance on the Competence Assessor Training Programme. However, to ensure successful completion of the Competence Assessor Training Standard, learners must have access to a minimum of two candidates undergoing an assessment process in their workplace.
